Aberdeen Independent Multiple Sclerosis

Aberdeen Independent Multiple Sclerosis SCIO (AIMS) is run by a small group of dedicated volunteers who offer help and support to those affected by MS and other neurological conditions in Aberdeen and surrounding areas. 

They are not affiliated with the MS Society and activities for physical and mental wellbeing include chair based exercise, seated yoga, mindfulness, art classes, craft classes, a social group and social events.
